Tried to defend it by saying he was telling them to make some noise and “be happy”, just incredible.
He’s been unable to conceal what he thinks of the fans and the club ever since that episode where they played City in the run in and their fans wanted them to lose to hurt our title chances.
It’s good for the soul and puts some of our frustrations in to context
Our season has been a huge disappointment due mostly to injuries but we’re second and made it to the business end of the ECL to bolster the club’s bank balance and Spurs are even underachieving as the middle of the table club they really are.
I bet he can’t wait to be done with that club and get his arse back to 'stralia.
I am no managerial expert so I will not post my opinion about Ange being a horrible manager.
Be proud @Bavin
Crazy they sacked Jose before a cup final and Conte whilst still being in contention for top 4 (and after finishing top 4 the season before) yet they won’t pull the trigger on sacking a guy who’s got them in the bottom 5/6 teams in the league.
As bad as they’ve been this season, they’ve scored the same amount of goals a us.
Redknapp too. Finished top 4 and the weird UEFA rules at the time fucked them over for the CL spot (hehe)
That was so Spurs.
I’m assuming there’s some sort of clause in his contract that will let Spurs part way more cheaply if he fails to reach some sort of target relating to final league position, so they’re just waiting til that’s confirmed before acting. I think he’ll be out on his arse very soon after the league campaign finishes.
I’m assuming Levy feels hard done by with the payouts they had to give Mourinho and Conte and has taken steps to try and mitigate the risk of needing to do that again.
Cos otherwise it makes no sense to me.
Never has a club and manager been a perfect fit for each other
I hope they keep him
Southgate would great…unless you’re a spurs supporter.

Ange Postecoglou claims there is ‘national campaign’ when decisions go against Liverpool
Nice to hear this from a Liverpool fan.
I was having a pint with a musician at a festival back in the day and I always love to quiz them on what life is like outside the world of insurance, so I asked whether he had any cranky fan mail. Someone sent him a teddy bear to his home address every week for 4 years, then when he broke-up the band, it stopped.
Best excuse to break-up a band, due to storage issues at the lead singer’s house.
Banter Club.
