There is something quite poetic about Spurs giving the interim job to Ryan Mason who served under the previous interim because he wasnât deemed good enough to be the interim.

I think theyâre headed for the Conference League or falling out of Europe completely. Liverpool will cruise past them. Brighton and Villa have similar talent to Spurs but are far more motivated and playing better.
They arenât having much of a summer if Levy has no money at all coming from European play.
Once all their loan players come back they also will have about 30 first team players under contract for next season. Hard to rationalize a big summer splurge when youâre only in domestic competitions and you already have far more players than you know what to do with.
Theyâre fucked.

Not once did I think anything they were doing would lead to something meaningful. They lucked out with Bale and then Kane and a few other decent signings.
Even if Levy goes, who is coming in to steer them. The ownership is distant and way more interested in the club value than anything they might achieve on field.

Kane is the only player keeping them semi-relevant now.
If he goes (United?) then Spurs are in for a period of real decline. Kulusevski is the only player of note with good years ahead of him. Even if Spurs are willing to pay his buyout, what are the chances he wants to stay lol. He can walk away and Juve can negotiate with whoever they want.
I donât think Spurs have another single elite asset that they can even remotely build around, or use to attract top new players.
Kane + Son were keeping them up there for so long. Now that Son is absolute shite, their âgolden eraâ is over. Zero trophies. Massive debt. Imbalanced squad peppered with shitters.
Going back to being a nothing club who literally live for the NLD every season and thatâs it.
Fake big club who havenât won a serious trophy in 30+ years. Get in the fucking bin
