Clear some players off the wage bill and we could afford him easily. I’m buying that finances are the issue that’s making this deal difficult.
Forgive me for saying this but is this guy genuinely an £80m player or is this because he is from RM? I admit i haven’t watched him play that often so i can only go by the ‘highlight reels’ sure he has some class goals in there but when i watch him i just dont see much of a ‘wow’ factor its more like (to me) he’s good/ok.
Is he a better forward than the likes of Johnson, Gakpo, Marmoush, Gordon and Rashford? Yes, by a huge margin. 80 million (euros allegedly) is a snip.

One of the weirder differences between UK and US languages that one.

We’re a global fanbase. Luckily most of us Brits are bi-lingual and can effortlessly switch between US and UK English.
It’s just all the other languages that we’re crap at.

The more I watch Rodrygo, the more I want him at Arsenal next season. I think he would be an excellent addition to the team and would perfectly compliment Saka on the right wing. Love watching him attack through the middle too. I don’t think we should underplay that this would be a statement signing either…I would have loved Wirtz at Arsenal, but Rodrygo is top quality and has been very good for Real Madrid. Hope we firm up our interest and get this done.
I would say you lot are atleast octa-lingual given the number of accents you have in the UK.

Absent from the team from mysterious reasons, bitching to ESPN about playing on the right, now he’s not a part of the Brazil squad because of “physical” and “mental” exhaustion.
