This feels like the best player we could sign and biggest move we could make this summer. You can envision him blowing up Alexis style if given a bit more main character responsibility. And our system is tailor made for a player like him on the LW that can exploit the space our right sided bias creates.
A pet hate is these fake, AI generated pictures of transfer targets in our kit. In the summer they always have them in a kit they’ll never wear. Ain’t foolin’ anyone surely.
I would accept Sesko if we get Rodders
This time next year we’ll be…premier league winners
not with sesko we aint…we are replacing Jesus’s numbers for scoring which were pretty worthless. I reckon the guy would make Havertz look like a world class striker. I see 10 goals in the EPL tops, hope if he comes he proves me so wrong.
I hope he doesn’t. That’s a great return for a backup striker that isn’t scoring pens.
Including YouTube i have watched zero minutes of sesko/gyorkeyes combined. I guess i seen gyorkeyes when they played us but not memorable at all.
Whatever the choice I’ll just get behind it and keep the fingers crossed the player signed bangs.
10m euros is £15.26m before tax…best get your calculator out mate because that dont sound right.
£15m is roughly €17.8m and then about 45% tax on that leaves around €10m. Seems relatively accurate no?
not how i read it. 10m euros is about £8.5m and tax is on levels. If you even added 50% of £8.5m back on top of that it doesnt come anywhere near £15.25m. I dont know if he is saying it wrong, but to me it doesn’t make sense because how can 10m euros be £15.25m even before being taxed when the euro is worth less than the pound.
It will be hilarious if those lingering Mbeumo links have legs and that’s the other forward we sign on top of a striker.
How much is Havertz on again?
If my drunk memory serves me just a bit below that…
GET HIM!
275k I think
What he’s saying is that Rodrygo wants to be paid €10m after tax. And in order to achieve that in the UK he’d need to be paid £15.25m.
About £290k a week, after tax. Which is a bit steep imo
that still doesnt add up 10m euros is about £8.5m even if you add 50% for tax (which tax doesnt work like that in a lump but lets just say it does) £8.5m + £4.25m does not equate to £15.25m.
