You just dont get these lock down rules do you. Suppose you’ll be having a kick about with the spuds in the park tomorrow.
Number 3 I wanna see Luiz and Sokratis drunk
definitely 3. no doubt in my mind.
Share a house with David Luiz? Hard pass.
You can tell Willock grew up with brothers lol
Is this fair? There have been a lot of complaints. This will do a lot of damage to non league football.
Can Rilsbrough Rangers and West Allotment Celtic ever play each other?
I don’t really want to live with any of them if I’m being honest.
While neither is totally fair, Null and void feels more unfair than using current positions to me.
At least with current positions there’s some sense of being responsible for your own destiny. If you’re currently 2nd last in Tier 3 and someone is miles ahead in Tier 4 then it’s surely fairer that you’d go down and they’d go up, even if there’s a chance you might have ended up 4th last by the end of the season.
I don’t like 75% of a season meaning nothing. How many broken legs have been had in that time? How many careers have been ended?
Yep, and now they will complain about the “we’re all in this together” rubbish. So for teams who have been denied a league title/promotion despite already having enough points for it, they’ll be like “so why haven’t Liverpool and Leeds been denied then?”
But more importantly, some of these teams have invested so much into this season. They can’t afford for it to just mean absolutely nothing.
It makes no sense to me that they’ve already made these decisions. Why not just wait and see?
After seeing how irration @DavidHillier is about Fabregas, I decided let me put aside my Persie hatred to enjoy some of his goals.
That Everton goal remains one of my favourite.
Goals again Tottenham, Liverpool are tasty as well.
Aside People like to shit on this team & we were fucking shit at the start but Wenger & squad pulled off a good season out of it especially in second half with Arteta, Ramsey, Song, Rosicky, Benayoun being frantic. Theo was really productive this season.
Got mocked for 4th place ambition all season and we finished 3rd haha
Favourite van Persie goals for me, just on aesthetics, would probably be the ludicrous volley vs Charlton and the one at home against Blackburn in the maroon kit, where he jinks between defenders on the touchline, comes inside a bit and crashes a left footed strike into the far top corner in off the post.
Can’t recall
It’s on YouTube
Hopefully not geo blocked. As said above, it’s on YouTube, but based on my quick search I could only find it on there filmed on a potato
His goals against Blackburn in the cup semi final in 05 were fantastic but yeah, I’m with Jake. The Charlton volley was perfect.
His last season and a half he was fantastic for us. But yeah, still an uber cunt. He can fck right off.
Yeah, for me this is the very best, probably because it’s unique (as far as my knowledge or memory goes). He’s running onto that without breaking stride and the ball is pretty much above hip height when he volleys it. Regardless of him leaving for Man U, ill never tire of watching that goal and it remains one of my favourite Arsenal goals.
This is why I said on aesthetics, because these goals came into my head right away. In terms of my favourite van Persie goals when you factor in the context of the goals, I think it’s his second vs Blackburn in that semi final and the great goal scored against Spurs in the 5-2 comeback.
