Yeah, I hate it as well but he should honestly just not do it. In the context of his own life, does it matter that much if he says it on a public platform or not? Say it to your mates or anonymously on some forum or whatever if you need to. It just isn’t worth the risk.
Yeah absolutely. In current climate, it’s not worth it.
However, we do need a general acceptance that an individual shouldn’t be punished professionally (atleast directly) for having an opinion; and hopefully we get stronger employment laws to enforce it.
