Never saw this before, but that’s signature Djourou. I’m still baffled how did he manage to have such a decent season in 2010/11.
Probably the biggest Arsenal one season wonder, in this century at least.
You also need all defenders to give up and ball watching.

I saw a post on instagram that said Costacurta was linked with Spurs and I’d never known this. Did a quick google search and didn’t realise he was a big Arsenal fan.
Probably the most underrated defender of the 90s. Doesn’t really get much mentions these days but he was incredible at his peak.

Hindsight speaking but we sold Mika Biereth a bit too soon.
Strikers are a rare commodity and even hanging onto one for a bit longer would get us Nketiah esque money out of it.

When was the last time we regularly fielded 4 Londoners?
Currently we have MLS, Nwaneri, Saka and Rice.
I think it may have been Parlour, Wright, Adams, Merson in Wenger’s early days.
I remember when other fans used to somewhat bizarrely taunt us for not having any English players in our team. Now we have 6, 4 from London.
Saw him against Portugal. Hojlund’s still better. Make of that what you will.
We definitely played games with 4 of ESR, Saka, Nelson and Nketiah playing.
You can even add Willock, AMN and Iwobi in the mix.

I thought I had forgotten something obvious. All of those lads are from London? I was thinking Wilshere but he’s from outside the M25, as was Walcott. But I forgot our recent youngsters.
