While the goals were the highlight, the funniest thing in the match was that PSV defender who fell over instead of tackling Merino before he scored. He didnāt trip himself, no contact with another player, almost as if he fainted at the sight of Merino closing in on goal. Summed up PSVās defending but that moment was hilarious in slow-motion.
Rice pic also really funny.
Followed by Walcott over Ozil.
Was bad enough when he did it over Cazorla, I couldnāt believe it when he started trying to justify the Ozil thing.
Especially by using āconsistencyā for mr 1 in 10

This reminds me of that interview Theo had with Saka. I remember people pointing out that Walcott seemed to have a much bigger idea about himself than what he actually was.
Like he was bringing up moments of his time at Arsenal like they were some iconic memories in our history, but Saka didnāt have a fucking clue about them.

Theo was trash the vast majority of his Arsenal career. Had the odd purple patch but fuck me his pace and finishing was all he had
Only memorable thing I recall of Walcott was his first goal in the final. Was meant to be the start of many good things to come.
Well it came, painful mediocrity and inconsistency. Wenger invested so much time for that.

Apparently he told Southgate off back in 2017 for dropping him from the England squad. He even threw Wilshere under the bus in his argument too. He talks about in an interview with Neville.

Granted, different club, and he falls over rather than being fouled, but itās where my brain went reading your post.
Still pissed I missed watching that game. Was mates with like 5 or 6 Chelsea fans at uni and had to do nothing but eat shit from them for years, and then when we finally did them I wasnāt at the pub with them to watch it cos I had the worst ever hangover/comedown of my life
