Unexpected!
Did you do patches or just go the hardcore route?
I like patches when Iāve tried them over the last few weeks, they not only stop the craving but make ciggies taste like what they really are, noxious smoke.
I had patches, but after about 4 days I forgot to put them on and I didnāt notice any difference.
Then I just went cold turkey.
Was surprisingly easy to quit tbh. I think we tell ourselves that itās this really difficult thing, and defeat ourselves before we even try.
I did have to quit coffee though, which was probably the hardest part
