Premier League 2024/25

The thing is, you know that wasn’t an accident.

And I bet it got them the @'s they wanted too.

Wolves the only club in premier league history to go an entire season without receiving a single penalty.

Probably just a coincidence they were the only club who voted against VAR.

They’ve been fucked over by the PIGs going on for around three seasons now. I can understand why the cunts do it to us, but there must be a gap in my football knowledge as to why they hate Wolves so much.

Wolves very publicly called out how bad the system is.

I didn’t know Jack Wilshere won the award twice and one for that (not that) goal.

Have to finally admit, Lamela’s goal was beautiful. The way it just glides along the grass :fire:

Surely there were better goals than that marmoush one this year though

I admitted that as soon as we won the match haha

I don’t understand why Cunha has to get ahead of Eze, especially when he is breaking his own system to accomodate Cunha.

Someone is going to have to explain this VVD thing to me lol

what a joke…and people think there is no corruption. How did you not even bother to try and sort that out when you can see clubs taking the mick with this. Sell from yourself to yourself to get money to spend more money when you already have spent £1bn :santi:

They did try. The clubs said no. The clubs are the shareholders and decide the agenda. Not much the administrators can do here.

why even go to the clubs…that is just wrong why do clubs need to say no. Just close that damn door.

They can’t. The PL is basically a co-op with 20 voting members.

For a rule to pass 14 members have to agree to it and presumably there is a minimum number required to even bring something to a vote.

We are at a point now where more clubs than not want to just be able to spend whatever they like and we’ve seen clubs like Everton, Newcastle and Villa take the piss to get around these issues.

In the near future i wouldn’t be surprised to see PSR rules phased out. That’s ultimately what the majority of clubs seem to want. And they set the rules.

Since the loophole isn’t closed then. Every club can flout PSR rules by doing what Chelsea did right? and turn it all into a farce?

Probably will be used in the Mancity case also, that means a win for them. Kinda the same thing hyper inflate sponsorships from themselves to pay for their spending.
