I think what he has them doing in the attacking sense is looking real but the defence is what will let them down, I don’t think it’s good enough and their keeper is not of the level (though he did make a spectacular save today) ultimately with a few more additions they may pose a real problem going forward

Liverpool pulling away at the top is one thing but watching Chelsea burn off into the distance would be galling as fuck.

Top of my head i can only think of Burnley who didn’t sack their manager mid season and still kept him in the Championship. Bound to be some more but pulling the trigger seems to be the default.
