Tbf, season is still ongoing so it’s not that bad.
It will be bad though if someone gets injured. Apparently Trippier got subbed off early. Could be genuine or he could be making dure he doesn’t get injured ahead of the Euros.
We could quite possibly end up with Liverpool hiring Slot, United hiring McKenna, and Chelsea hiring Maresca.
All those guys are upside plays hoping to strike gold and benefit in the long term, none are the manager you’d hire if you were really trying to catch up with us or City next year.
Given that none of Spurs, Newcastle, or Villa look like making a massive leap either, it really does feel like its just us and City at the top of the pile again.
