Casemiro is one of the best DMs of his generation. He had an excellent first season at United but after 600+ professional games his body is just cooked and he doesnāt have the legs anymore.

I also have to think that he might have been sold a very different type of project than the one heās found himself in. That canāt be easy. Sure heās getting paid a lot of money but I canāt imagine they sold him a rebuild job when heās in his 30s.

Yeah like @Darkseid said, it could be an effort thing. Although, I will say that he was playing in weird circumstances against Palace. Has he ever played CB before?
Maybe he thought he was coming in as a type of Jorginho, to help support and shore up not be the person the midfield is built around and have to play like 55 x 90 minutes a season haha

Stiff competition for our boys with Haaland, Foden and Palmer in the mix. Iād say the chances of either winning are very slim.

Not sure when the vote closes (or whether there is a non-public element to the decision) but the POTY award will go to Foden or Rice depending on who wins the league imo.
Foden is winning the YPOTY award irrespective. Heās been excellent this season but the hype machine around him has made him a demi-god in the eyes of the masses.
