Premier League 2022/23

And one of the two, (which they labelled as scored), was on the outside corner of the crossbar and the upright. Must have been a strange goal!

I really don’t they get a foothold in the champions league they might do a Man City and become another oil club we have to fight against

Lots of things have to go right to become a man city, not sure they’ll get a pepesque manager.

Who knows though the money and champions league football puts them in a prime position

Rather liverpool come top 4 than another new money oil club

Absolute toilet set of fixtures today though, might pain myself to watch the 5:30.

Would take Liverpool and Tottenham myself over Man Utd and Newcastle.

Liverpool I just never particularly despised and Tottenham have shown before that they won’t utilize qualifying in the CL effectively.

Having spurs in the CL is unacceptable, so the best scenario would be Newcastle, Man City, Liverpool and us getting the top four places.

I’d have to agree with this point. As I’ve gotten older and gradually moved further away from London, I’m less involved and amidst the traditional rivalries. Here in the U.S. the Arsenal vs spurs feels a bit phony (to use an American word).

Oligarchs and oil clubs are the greatest threat to the good of the game. Fuck them and their sports washing.

Yeah just can’t ever imagine saying the sentence “would take Tottenham
” other than in the context that I just did

I just don’t think Spurs would do owt of note in the CL, Phoebs. They can get in that competition 5 or 6 times over, they’re not going to win it.

ManUre or Barcodes get in and they strengthen. They get 100mil players. Maybe outside the CL qualification places, they don’t attract that kind of player.

Anyone but City Newcastle and Chelsea

Until they do. They got to the final not too long ago remember. Scary times.

Would just rather not chance it and not let them have a modicum of success. They’re more appealing to players as a CL team too.

This time we’ll be in there to prevent that.

Richarlison off injured already. Left the field crying. Didn’t see what happened.

And now Southampton lose a player to injury, and its just been 6 minutes. Bizarre

Richarlison injured :joy::joy:

Oh that’s a shame. He won’t be able to add to his goal tally now.

Yet another goal for Douglas Luiz, Villa above Chelsea now. :grimacing:
