Still not sure although I checked it a few times. Always leaning towards 2004/05, but could be the invincible one.
That is still one of the most surprising goals I have ever seen. Watched that game, it was boring AF. We weren’t creative and fluid as usual… then out of nowhere, Campbell, who was rarely seen in the opposition half ever, drifts with the ball and rifles and absolute freaky bullet into the net, 30+ yards out. That’s the only footed/a non headed attempt I know about Campbell lol.
That is still one of the most powerful shots I have ever seen. So low, so hard, and David James was a brilliant shot stopper ar the time (not to say world class).

I was really hoping to see something different from him but it’s more of what we saw from him in the league before Mikel stopped using him. In fact, this is likely the poorest he’s looked for us.
