No player is bigger than The Arsenal.
If his rebellious side is showing along with arrogance then show him the door ,
He can easily disrupt the younger players who are shining and certainly putting in better performances . Yes , PEA might be a good finisher but if he is causing disruption then , move him on .
I think PEA was rumoured to have signed his contract because of Arteta and not in spite of him (although he was never quoted as saying it and it probably had more to do with no one offering to buy Big Pierre)
Arteta clearly does more to ostracise players than make them inclusive. The sooner weāre shot of him and we get a proper manager in, the better.
I think the players are playing for him - they can make errors or become nervous yes, but I often see the desire there. Itās either intelligence or focus letting them down.
My avatar is a reminder that the players have it in them to pull together, to salvage something for their manager when the pressure is on.
With Arteta being young and new to management, I believe he tries to push his authority quite heavily, which can appear to cause fractured relationships. Its a fine line but he learns as he goes, and is subjective anyway to how effective its been.
On Ozil - Iāve mainly read reports and am aware that Fener have had their struggles with Ozil rating averagely, but as a fan of Ozils talent, I can easily believe that he could be creating some good chances that are wasted, or good play there. But he wonāt pull up trees in a struggling team, he needs some babysitting imo
This is definitely true. Any young manager, in any line of work, is guilty of the same.
Well thatās just not true.
Iām not Artetaās biggest cheerleader in the world, but I have to say that I am a little amazed at how people seem utterly intent on interpreting any bad attitude or behavior from Aubameyang as somehow being Artetaās fault. On the weekend for instance, the news comes out that heās dropped and the onus appears to be solely on Arteta to prove that itās the right call, rather than anyone focusing on why the fuck our captain is late for the biggest match of the season and forcing him to make this decision in the first place.
There are many things that frustrate a lot of us about Arteta, but I do think this player is potentially becoming a bit of a pain in the ass to deal with and I have sympathy for him on that. I do not like the signs at all looking at some of his body language, and it canāt just he blamed on the manager.
Thereās a cunt named Haaland out there
What a load of shit that tweet is. People read a couple of arseholes opinions on Twitter and assign that to an entire fanbase.
Most of us are, rightly, concerned by his form since he signed that contact. Are we supposed to ignore it and just go " not to worry we won something a few months back".
Heās scored 25 percent of our League goals, this season. That is with how incredibly bad we have performed this season. The ābad formā since signing a contract is an overreaction.
Yea, the team as a whole is shit too.
Itās not or certainly without concern as are the disciplinary issues.
Donāt see why people get all precious about these things.
Auba on 9 league goals is horrific lol
Arsenal FC on 37 League goals is what extremely pathetic is.
If Aubameyang is acting like a cunt he should be dealt with accordingly. No problems there. Iām just saying the correlation between him signing the contract and performing bad is not correct / an overreaction. Aubamayang is a poacher. If the team doesnāt play well those type of players are not going to deliver. Plus he has made a big portion of the goals we made. Seeing how bad we have been this season (37 after 29) there is a bigger problem here in that regard. As we all see: Arteta.
Still managed 22 league goals in a worse and more unstable side last season?
As much as I love to blame Arteta, Auba form is largely on himself. His mentality and commitment have been off since he signed that deal
Both are. And both are connected.
Just to be clear, I wasnāt making that correlation. I was identifying the timeframe.
We have lost more games than last season. With nine games remaining still. Iām not sure last seasonās team is worse than this one.
Plus like I said during that run in october/november. Arteta found a trick to be effective with Auba on the left. Teams figured out how to stop it, we needed the first have of the season to adress that.
Itās the urge to find a scape goat really.
