Most likely a nostalgia thing but these sponsors donât just hit it the same as some of the old sponsors did.
Whatâs with these big arse symbols which is accompanied by even more text? Itâs way to busy.

I think the first time I noticed it was when Liverpool switched to Standard Chartered as a sponsor. Iâm sure there are marketing consultants out the wazoo telling people that they need a logo and wordmark to make sure the company get the bang for their buck.

Yup. I mentioned upthread about this sort of thing. Weâre on our way to having shirts looking like F1 cars, ads plastered all over them.

Simple shirt. I like it. Sticks to the colour scheme, ADIDAS logo looks good, badge looks good.
Sponsor isnât the best but itâs not the worst either.

Itâs such a nice badge. Iâm honestly not sure why they were messing around with it a few years ago.
Still wish them nothing but the worst after Unai played a scrub team against City and gassed up his team to play like the WC Final against us.
Newcastle and Villa getting some quality kits this season. A huge step-up from what Castore did for them.
Leeds away shirt is almost one to buy but itâs got a Red Bull advert on it and can therefore go to hell, the football club franchising wankers.
