getting a left 8 like Wirtz (just example) may free up Ode and give him more room to operate.

30m is a bargain for Delap in this market but he’s not good enough for our ambitions. Sesko has twice the talent at the same age if we want a younger striker.

If we get Gyokeres or Sesko, do we need Delap, as well as Merino, Jesus and Havertz to cover for the striker position?
Unless we’re looking to offload Jesus and Trossard, it seems unlikely.
