Boy looked good again today, hopefully stays injury free this season.
Him at his best helps Martinelli a lot, ok most were a bit over hit today but those dinked balls over the top were missing last season with the absence of xhaka and Zinky’s injuries. Nothing for martinelli to run on to, which is when he’s most dangerous.

He watched a “You’ve been framed” omnibus and got injured from thinking too much about the people who were falling over
Cala + Timber are improvements from the looks of things, so I’m not too upset that he’s out injured.
get rid of him and Jesus after this season they came from Mancity to help us with winning mentality etc they are the most fragile of the lot…sick of both of them.
It’s quite ironic that they are probably the weakest links at both ends of the field.
Even Kai, Saka, Trossards are outscoring jesus and none of them are CF.
Zinchenko is done and dusted. I have lost the count of time we conceded goal in last few seasons purely because of Zinchenko’s mistake.
Imo we can’t really say Kai isn’t a CF any more. That’s his best position for us and where he will be playing when everyone is available.
Had a good pre-season.
Still has a squad role here but only if he can prove to be reliable fitness wise for the rest of this season.
Jesus had the best G/A p90 after Saka both last season and the season before.
The concern about his availability is absolutely valid at this stage but his output is still very good.
Anyway, seeing how small our squad is, both him and Zinny are important players to have around even if their guaranteed places in the starting XI is no longer there.
How many games did Jesus even play during this period?
Also If his numbers are that good, why is he not chosen to start games?

You were praising some other forward and wishlisted for him to come here and then I showed you they played the same if not less minutes than crock Jesus the past 2 seasons.
He played 2.3k minutes in his first season and 1.9k in his second season.
No doubt some Gooners will find a way to moan about that.
Nice touch from him going to the fans and fair enough going in their dressing room, not like we lost and then he’s there with them.
A bit hypocritical of Zinchenko tbh. You can’t prorest all over social media about the Russian invasion then just go into another team’s dressing room.
Given the lack of game time he does seem to be pro-rest
