Pepe never played in the PL lad.
He played in Portugal, Spain and Turkey(short stint).
I still feel an element of personal denial that our record signings/near record signings have often turned so bad.
Pepe in particular mystifies me and he must be feeling bad that he gets so little game time. Would like to think he’d work so much harder for a place as he clearly has some talent and pace but maybe someone put poo in his head rather than a brain so he wastes his assets accordingly.
Lacazette another big disappointment who’s goal tally over his Arsenal career has been really poor for a very expensive forward. Players like Auba and Ozil after being initially excellent or good turned to poo also. Something very wrong that so much money has turned to dust in end value. At this rate Pepe will go for nought too.
The club just does not have the financial resources to compete when it loses so much value down the plug hole so often.

He feels like a Zaha-ish player. Make him one of the stars of a 9th place team and I’m pretty certain he’d thrive numbers wise. Then get linked to Spurs in 3 years, go there for £50m and be flaky and end up loaned to Betis.
