When thinking about this weekend’s games I got a few results wrong. I thought Forest, Tottenham and Chelsea would win. I had a sneaky feeling Liverpool would trip-up and lose (no really, you’ll have to trust me guys), likewise Man Utd (no prizes for that one) and I could foresee a win for Arsenal today. I saw an absolute “worldie” of a goal from outside the area (left hand side of the screen near the far corner of the penalty area) that wins us the points.
We shall see, the pragmatic voice in my head is going crazy with anxiety, the dreamer on the other side is saying “Relax guys."
Edit - It was actually the left hand side of the screen. Edited before the match.

Arteta said Odegaard will be fully fit so long as he gets through the 2 training sessions after the press conference on Friday. I think he’ll start. I actually think Saka is less likely to start as he still didn’t look 100% against Port Vale. We might see Martinelli on the right, Eze on the left.

Not a chance in hell Saka is benched, it would absolutely send out the wrong message.
On to the result, I think its unfortunate we got this as the fixture, after Liverpool dropped points.
Yes I know its a bit contradictory but this is actually one of those fixtures where a point wouldnt be a shock. Liverpool have to play Chelsea and Man Utd next, so not the end of the world but a win would be amazing.

Fair play. I expected Merino with Rice on the midfield again because of this being a difficult away game.
Three points are for Arsenal too lose today. Newcastle is going to do nothing going forward and this team will have all the possession.

Strong line-up.
Good decision to start Musquera over Saliba, but makes no sense he dropped the Musse vs City. I guess he is admitting to his mistake.

It’s a “handbrake off” line-up. We’re showing ambition and confidence, which is a good thing. I think Eze makes more sense at no.10 away from home.
