Must win for me.

We can’t go 3 games without a win and have title aspirations

This is a brutal run for us.

Just had Liverpool and now Newcastle (A) followed by Chelsea (A).

It’s fucked but we need to take 6 from 6. Can’t afford to fall back anymore.

A loss here might even be fatal. Could be 8 and 7 points behind the top two.

I’m saying we win here just because we have no choice. It’s going to be a war because that’s how Newcastle like it. This year we’ve got another big cunt in midfield in Merino. We’ve got Timber who is ready to battle anybody 1v1. Wish we had Calafiori the big twat as well. Need big Gabi back as well, he could be a big miss.

2-1 Arsenal. Havertz winner.

Another one. We started the season on a really tough run too.

Crazy. But that means the second half of the season will be much better for us? Can anyone confirm

Every game is a must win for us now that we’ve had colossal fuck ups and controversy in every match till now.

If we get through this with 4 points and not lose to Inter we should be fine.
If we win all 3 we should be golden.

7 points behind City would mean we were no longer in with a realistic chance.

Well, that 7 point lead wouldn’t last long I feel. Both City and Liverpool have to still play each other. Their tough runs are only just starting.
On paper after Newcastle and Chelsea, Man Utd at home would be our last bigger game left in the year.

I feel this is where Rodri’s absence will truly show.

Should be available

We need three here, but I’m only confident of one. Newcastle away as the early kick off is rough.

it will be a tight win…

I think I like the early kick off for this one. It feels like every other time we’ve played them at St James in recent years its been a night game in front of 50,000 drunken Geordies baying for blood, whereas now they’ll be half drunk and half hungover.

I don’t like that we were away in Preston on Wednesday and then we have an early kick off on Saturday away in Newcastle.

I’m starting to not mind that the pundits and commentators are writing us off.

We need 3 points tomorrow but I’m not really interested in statement wins now. We did that already at Villa and Spurs. We also did magnificently at the Etihad. Acquitted ourselves really well against Liverpool despite finishing with C string defenders. If the credit hasn’t been given already, it’s not likely to come. Okay. Fine. We know how good this manager and squad is. We know what our ceiling is and could be. We understand the word “context” and how injuries / decisions have impacted our league position.

A win at Newcastle is really important. We will win it because we’re very good. And when we do, I’m not interested in what cunts like Murphy, Sutton, Carragher and the rest of the bellends think.

I’m starting early on the beers tomorrow. Day out, at the pub for 12.00 and Arsenal are going to give us the best possible start to the weekend. COYFG

Just seen that Newcastle’'s league form is abysmal. That’s encouraging.

In case both Gabriel and White are out, on top of the others I presume we’ll go with Partey-Saliba-Kiwior-Timber.
Not ideal but not the end of the world.
Hopefully Gabriel is available because these away fixtures are his bread and butter.

I’ll be happy with this:
Raya
Partey-Saliba-Gabriel-Timber
Saka-Rice-Merino-Martinelli
Havertz-Trossard

4 away in a row will have an impact for sure. Hopefully against Inter, we can draw that and still be fine.

Need maximum in the league.
