On that basis, just pay the asking price. If he’s worth 70m plus 25m in add ons, pay 70m plus 30m in “more likely to be paid” add ons. If Arteta and Edu want him badly enough to pay the first fee, I don’t want to see us miss out because we weren’t willing to pay the second fee.
Wages could influence the stance depending on exactly what Chelsea are offering. That seven year contract really is something as well lol

Definitely a lot of waffle but clearly Chelsea favoured showering the club in gifts. They invited Srna to watch a match and then wined and dined him. Alarm bells started ringing for me when that happened.

maybe that is the game they are playing all along. They can see they wont make europe so get all the players they feel they need now…get banned integrate those players get back into europe see out their transfer ban and they are golden. That is if it works though, it is a dangerous game.

Yeah it hurts soooooo badly wanted him here and i hate it because i just know he is gonna bang for chavski but we cant keep on chasing this not at these numbers now its crazy. Whatever we do now could impact other transfers time and money wise and chavski will just add to it.

Absolutely. It’s a brilliant deal for a club from eastern Europe, for a club in a tough position atm. I absolutely thought that 100m price tag, they made public at the end of the year, was a joke and they would never get anything close to that. But they were serious. Fair play.

It’s literally monopoly money with these clubs now.
People always fixate how it will hurt them or united and others but it very rarely does and not for long.

I think what killed this probably was Mudryk himself. It seems he was twerking for us doing interviews with Zinnys wife all his social media stuff.
As soon as big wages came his head was turned after all of that he is willing to destroy all of that and the arsenal fans love and hope for having him here for money in his pocket which he would have gotten eventually anyway.

We had the same sort of value in the fee, but the wages are a huge difference
The difference was the bid itself not the wages
