I would be somewhere in the region of 97 to 99 percent sure that this was entirely made up.

I think we missed our chance on this one. I think he was probably gettable for around 40m or so earlier in the summer window but can’t see that being the case now.

40m euros should be his price now.

Lad is as unproven as they come, when players like Nkunku and Diaby are available for 60m then I don’t see why a player who’s never had a full season yet in his career would be worth something similar or more.

If only the market worked that way lol I don’t disagree with you as such, just think what someone should be worth and what they actually fetch in the market are often two different things.

They are in their last year of their contract, or have some clause or? No way they would go for such low sums under normal conditions these days.

Notoriously difficult dealing with teams and agents on their players.
A lot has to come together for this to happen. He will be the last person having a say in this.

Can forget any Arsenal fan bullshit too.

We made a first bid

Wowza that’s what we like to hear

Signing him means our xSLSQ/90 (Expected Slav Squat per 90) would be off the charts.

50m if it’s paid in installments and is incentive based isn’t as wild as it looks.

I struggle to believe that he’s actually a target though.

This is so tiresome. I wish there wasn’t so much secrecy around bids but I recognize it drives a whole ecosystem of journalists and wannabe ITKs.
