I’ll hold you to this and expect no one to use it as an excuse for our season then if this speculation is indeed true.

It’s all speculation as things stand though as we know, innocent until proven guilty and we don’t know even know the player in question is.

To have a pop at him and them because they are famous for making excuses, got nothing to do with the legal fallout. As I said before the loss of Partey regardless of the reason, is going to be brought up as an excuse if the season goes sideways. Ppl get this kinda stuff conflated all the time even tho opinions vary widely. Regardless I’ll be the first to applaud Mikel on a job well done if he can rally the troops and turn this season into a success if we do in fact lose the player who’s closest to being world class on the team.
