Loved that first half from us. It’s only 45 minutes but can’t ask for much more on both sides of the ball.
The commentators keep saying United haven’t been playing well but I think we’ve starved their attacking players of basically any good ball. Rashford has gotten a couple of fleeting opportunities wide, but Martial has been anonymous.
Plus right from the start of their build-up we are putting good pressure on the backline and Matic as an outlet forward. From there we are either winning the ball back or United are struggling to do anything progressive with it.
