ManUtd have submitted a loan offer, which Bayern immediately rejected. Bayern are not satisfied with the offered package from England. Bayern are pushing for an obligation to buy or a permanent transfer.

That’s his agent’s spin on why he wants to go to the worst Man Utd team in decades. Arsenal probably didn’t want to have an obligation to buy and /or feel we’re not that desperate in that position right now.

Bayern want Tel to leave permanently. But no one aside from Spurs are willing to commit such a huge fee to a player who is just potential atm
I’m not sure why are the so desperate about a permanent transfer NOW.
As if they want to raise some money for a transfer, but they aren’t going for that…

Spurs ruined it a bit by going to their 60m valuation.
They only paid 20m and he’s hardly played, 40-50m should be the max.
