Cunha has been a joy to watch this season in a mostly poor Wolves side. With limited touches he’s consistently producing moments of magic in as efficient a manner as you can ask. I don’t think you can understate what performing like this in the 10, in a team like that shows. He has such limited windows and support to showcase anything and he keeps doing it. Creativity, amazing dribbling, great goals. He’s in crazy form and just for football entertainment purposes hope he keeps it up.
If he stays fit he’s definitely getting his next big move soon.
In an Arsenal sense, the best role I could envision for him is in the 442 where Arteta uses Havertz and Trossard as a second striker. But he could also play the false 9 or deputise on the wing. So the versatility is there too. The reported interest in him if true wouldn’t surprise me one bit. If you want to break down a low block he’s got all the ability to help you do it. And mid-season he’s on fire and can boost a side like Trossard did previously.
Can’t lie I love him though so I’m bias. I started a career mode on FC with Wolves just to use him
