Yes, personal terms agreed. £25m up front. As he’s coming to Arsenal he agreed a “no relegation ever” clause and I believe he’ll be on £500 per week plus an extra £30 per goal.

Think he’ll do well at Forest. We were never in for him imo, as I don’t think he’ll have moved the needle here. Can’t see a forward better than Havertz being available this Jan window. We could do with a decent wide player though, and should be our priority imo.
