He’s been fine btw and was involved in any dangerous situations we created alongside Saka but obviously we have to hold him to ridiculous standards because he’s the captain and that irritates people for some reason.

Been better this half. If he’s got a set of balls, he gets us over the line in games like this.
He set his own insane standards, he was motm every other game for me for like two years as you say.
Thought he was slightly better tonight again, hope he can return to full pre-injury form sooner rather than later, would be much needed, that piercing pass through the defence made me remember what a gem he is when he is on it. Would love a season run-in with peak Ödegård.

As an individual player he was ok.
As captain, leader and creative outlet, inadequate.
Should be subbed in for Eze not starting IMO. Eze has earned a starting spot,Ode needs to work his way back in with dynamite sub appearances.
Yeah I feel like I’m losing my mind with some of the Odegaard discourse I’m seeing, almost everything good we did in the second half was coming through him. It’s like he’s held to a different standard than anyone else in the squad.
