I understand your point, but considering that Liverpool tend to now and then play the highest defensive line in English football when they need to win a game, and Rashford is actually pretty good at capitalising on high lines with attacking full backs and a dozen yards of space, it’s not necessarily the worst idea to play him and hope for a cheeky hoofball goal on the counter 
He does not and will not understand the foggin’astandards.

Mainoo is a proper talent, not just united hype. Stands out massively in that team alongside Bruno.

Personally, I do see flaws in his game. I think he’s a bit nonexistent defensively.
Sure, we can blame Casemiro for being washed but you never see Mainoo covering for him. You rarely see him make a decisive challenge to stop an attack. Fernandes is more active in that regard.
Clearly someone who excels further up the pitch currently.
