There’s a big difference between managing the best team in an inferior league, to one of the the biggest clubs in Europe and the pressures that go with it.
Man U have genuine world class players with massive egos and he doesn’t seem to have adapted.
If he doesn’t get at least top four then he’ll be sacked, but it’s likely the Man U owners are already looking for yet another manager, so without significant better performances, ETH will go before then.

United employ over 1,000 people and have a regular turnover of staff. Sources insist there has not been a spike in staff exits following the Greenwood and Antony sagas.

To be fair, the article says staff have begun the process of looking for new jobs. Most people don’t begin that process by quitting their job, they get something lined up first, so United saying there has not been a spike in the number of people quitting does not strictly refute the Mail sayong people have begun that process.
Obviously every chance that the Mail is just making shit up, as is their wont lol. But United would also want to spin this, if it were true.

He must have seen the lack of trophies and league finishes, then met some of the supporters to realise that the state they’re in, Man U aren’t worth buying.
Even the Qatar regime is disgusted by the likes of Giggs, Greenwood, and Anthony.
Exactly this, spending on players hasn’t ever been a problem, identifying good long term investments rather than the latest hot property is their issue.
Also, United fans want it all, they want the £100m players every window but also want the new training ground and stadium upgrades, they can’t have it all it’s one or the other, they’re no city in terms of money.
