Manchester United

Every time these cunts get slapped, it’s the same old excuses.
Fucking miracle worker? It’s all down to their owners not spending another billion on players apparently. Twats.

Ole had this lot finish 2nd and reach a EL final two years ago. They spend more than a half a billion since and it’s apparently a miracle they can win the Mickey Mouse cup having the easiest run in the history of the competition and and be the supporting cast of Top 4 alongside Newcastle, with all of Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs having horrible seasons.

Is their squad perfect? No. However, their squad should be very much competing for Top 4 and cup competitions.

Uhhhhh

The Glazers may take dividends and all that shite which fans hate, but they’ve spent massive money over the years. Pogba, Sancho, Maguire, Di Maria, Antony, Lukaku, Ratboy and Casemiro - all bought for big money. Loads more in the £40-60m bracket too.

The problem is having terrible decision makers in charge of managerial appointments which has then led to awful recruitment. Wasted fortunes.

United is the few exclusive clubs in this world cannot use “lack of investment” as excuse.

No investment in January but they did throw 250m down in the summer. Hate these cunts and hope April leaves them in an even bigger mess.

Man U are a less worse version of Chelsea.
Both regularly spend record amounts but are run incompetently.

Between them, these two clubs have spent nearly billion on players in recent seasons and look no better than they were before.

For all Neville’s predictions, they still might struggle to get top three let alone finish ahead of us.

They’re not much better than spurs this season yet ETH is considered a genius and Conte has been sacked from a one man team.

Eh tbf, it’s really only @Forever who says that and gets tons of shit for it on here.

To be fair, their winter window was really poor. After removing huge Ronaldo wages, they should have invested a bit more than Wout Weghorst.

Still pisses me off that we lost to these clowns in the away fixture. The ETH loyalists will point at the players they are missing but they had no problem claiming they could do the quadruple after winning the EFL 4 weeks back, with Eriksen missing. And let’s not forget, they have the best player in the world.

So with just Casamiro missing, suddenly they can’t find a win in 3 games in the league, with no goals scored, and with a +4 GD after 27 games, but ETH is a magician.

Sancho and Antony just shy of 200 million.

Saka and Martinelli 6 million :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

The biggest issue is that they’re actually relying on Weghorst to lead the line as a first choice wich is embarrassing for a club aiming for top places in this league. An absolute mediocre striker, at best.

Ten Hag’s reputation dropped in my eyes just because of that.

Absolutely ridiculous he pushed Ronaldo out of the starting eleven (which was a needed move) to do even worse.

He was doing quite well with the hand he was dealt. United are still in a few competitions and that might be his undoing this season. The Cacao Cup is pocketed.

It’s okay, nothing to be ashamed of in your first season in the Premier League.

He will learn from it and with a new transfer window he will have more success next season, I have no doubts.

If ETH doesn’t finish third, there is no excuse because the players he has at his disposal would be on most managers wish list rather than in their team.

He’s a decent manager but getting absolutely thrashed by Liverpool, then drawing at home to the bottom club and losing to Newcastle, without scoring in any of those games is poor by any standard.

What do you mean with the the hand he was dealt? Do you not think Man Utd have a team capable of competing for Top 4 and the cup competitions(especially with their luck of the draw)?

What hand was he dealt? £250m on players that he specifically wanted??

That’s quite the hand to be dealt. I’d say that ranks in the top 3-5 most expensive transfer windows any club has ever had.

1st season

You can have 5 billion worth of players it’s no guarantee to win everything

We had Aubameyang, turns out this expensive cunt was hampering us, not helping us

If he gets Top 4, that’s all United can ask of him in his first season. While still being in the Europa League, FA cup and having won the Cacao Cup.

Which would be a fine result but nothing extraordinary.

Probably Brendan Rodgers could’ve done the same.

Then they should hire Brendan Rodgers, because I don’t mind having Ten Hag back at Ajax.

He’s lined up to keep spurs in mediocrity already :slightly_smiling_face:

The hand he was dealt? Dude spent large in the summer. This isn’t like when Spurs went a whole window without signing a player.

Edit: As much as I clowned Conte for complaining about spending, he did have to ultimately compromise on some targets because Bastoni didn’t want to move to Spurs. EtH got exactly who he wanted.
