Yeah fair to United fans, they were never quite fond of him even when he was playing.
Innocent until proven guilty. Not everything is black and white either, especially in relationships. Plus you never know in he said she said cases the true reality.
The alleged assault happened in November and he’s only now being charged.
The coercive or controlling behaviour is a really subjective new law too. Domestic violence has gone from pretty much no criminal liability to nearly any minor aggression being a crimal offense
