Did Khusanov do that to him do you think, yes?
That video with the crows attacking him was so wild
âYou are a shampooâ
Iâll save this one
When are these cunts getting charged and relegated
Never
Itâll come when it comes. The commission wasnât given a timeframe.
So crazy how we sweat over spending 25+m on players and they end up flopping, meanwhile thatâs just the business as usual for them.
In most cases theyâve spent well over that for the likes of Reis, Khusanov, Gonzalez, Savinho, Doku and others and nobody bats an eye about them not playing.
Itâs what cheating/cooking the books allows you to do
Speaking of, whatâs the status on these criminalâs actually facing consequences?
Case still ongoing
Season is effectively over so I got to say:
I love how the entirety of these charges @shamrockgooner has to keep correcting people on what is actually happening
Why did you have to wait for the season to end to say that?
I didnât have to, but itâs more funny to think of it that way.
Football finance expert Kieran Maguire believes Manchester City have the âupper handâ in their battle with the Premier League regarding their 115 charges legal case.
In a separate hearing, Man City claimed an early victory when they challenged the Premier Leagueâs Associated Party Transaction rules, which ensures clubs pay fair market value in deals with businesses linked to their owners.
They argued that, in relation to the Profit and Sustainability Rules, financial loans that clubs receive from shareholders should be treated as a subsidy and should therefore have a face-value interest rate applied for PSR.
After claiming victory in that case, City now reportedly want the rules applied retrospectively, which would directly impact Liverpoolâs title rivals Arsenal who have the highest shareholder loans in the top flight at ÂŁ324million.
If City get their way, Arsenalâs financial position might look worse when past loans are re-evaluated under the new rules â even though they werenât breaking any rules at the time.
"I think, based on historical evidence, that City have got the upper hand over the Premier League. Nick DeMarco thinks it will be a score draw where the Premier League will win some of the 115 charges but City will have a far stronger case in others.â
As long as the cunts get booted from the football league, I donât care if we + Liverpool have to pay a fine here and there.
My dude
In relation to this, football finance lecturer at the University of Liverpool, Maguire, told TBR Football: âArsenal had a net interest cost of ÂŁ5m in 2022 and ÂŁ6m in 2023. The Kroenke loans arenât that critical in the overall picture, so I donât see this is as being an issue.
"I think, based on historical evidence, that City have got the upper hand over the Premier League. Nick DeMarco thinks it will be a score draw where the Premier League will win some of the 115 charges but City will have a far stronger case in others.â
That last point has always been the case. Itâs always been pretty unlikely all 115 charges would stick and a âscore drawâ could still be incredibly damaging to city.
Thing to note - Only one party has been leaking information
Yeah, I have no idea what will happen but that score draw scenario is generally not good for the defendant.
âIâve been judged innocent of half the murders Iâm charged with!â
Fuck them
