This isnât on FIFA/UEFA or any other football governing body.
This is on the CAS, who always seem to undermine sporting authorities with their decisions. Overturning lifetime Olympic bans in Athletics, overturning UEFAâs FFP decisions (like Milan being banned from Europe and now City for their own violations).
End of the day, CAS are the real criminals here.

Yeah itâs all a farce, but Iâm not overly fussed as we all know the game is highly corrupt and city getting suspended wouldnât have changed much.
Well it would because itd set them back and sent a message to other clubs that theres rules. It would of had a huge impact in England.

No mate. You see this is the lazy narrative that people are going to buy. city didnt just do a bit of creative accounting here. Theyve set clubs up around the world and laundering money through them for one thing.
They have lied to investigators and documented proof is there to prove that. Its the most in depth and compelling report of corruption you will ever see. Dont make the mistake of thinking this is bit of dodgy accounting being the issue here.
