You’re used to the highest level facilities.
Then you come and see your house get robbed, the changing room has mould and the roof has caved in.
Fan toilets have shite spilling out.
The canteen is serving slop.
The gym is 20 years old.
Probably does affect morale and how seriously you take your work as the club don’t seem to take things that seriously.
Of course these vets are just thinking they’ll pocket the money, phone it in and then piss off when they’re not wanted anymore
