This guy
City have bigger problems than struggling to get a point at home against 10 men Champions-Elect Arsenal.
Rodri could miss the rest of the season.
I donât wish injury on the guy but I canât feel at all sorry for Rodri.
The dude was acting like he got shot after Havertz shoulder checked him(didnât look at all malicious). When he got up he was looking for Havertz and started pointing at him like he was gonna pay him back for it.
Twenty minutes later he got injured on his own.
Thatâs absolutely brilliant from Piers Morgan. I donât think Iâll ever say those words ever again lol. But this was exactly the tonic I needed this morning.
Actually had me laughing out loud with the decapitated comment. He went so overboard with some of it too, I can just imagine the City fans (all nine of them) frothing at the mouth listening to that. Arsenal are rattling that small time club in such a glorious way. They know their time is coming to an end.
Our crowd is going to absolutely SHIT on them at the Emirates. Weâre going to be so fired up. I fucking canât wait.
Me either.
I used to dread these games, and now they canât come quick enough.
Bring it on you cheating motherfuckers.
City might be bottom of the league on -50 by then
We might get the weekend off if theyâve been thrown out of the EPL by then. Personally would prefer to beat them on the pitch this season, they can finish 2nd and then get relegated.
Clip taken down on copyright, what passage of play was referenced and has anyone got an alternative clip?
Cos that Havertz no passes completed stat was wild and hard to believe on one level. Have seen BBC repeatingit too in addition to Opta yesterday, and it seems odd both would be putting that stat out there if Havertz did complete a pass.
The passage of play that led to Martinelli running free on left, cutting it back to Trossard whose shot goes high.
In the build, Havertz takes down the ball on his chest and had to lunge in to reach the ball in subsequent 50-50 and direct the ball to Saka.
Opta may have deemed it as a tackle and not a pass.
I really hope our lads were winding up the City players by referencing 115 charges and how their club is finished lol
Would have been hilarious if somebody said that to Haaland at the end, maybe thatâs why he was acting like a giant shrek looking crybaby
It was the period leading to the cutback chance to trossard from Martinelli.
By the way we are seeing complete headloss from city over this it is glorious. Akanji, Stone, Silva, Haaland their fans considering how much they were celebrating yesterday we have well and truly got under their skin.
Iâve just about managed to catch up on the highlights and some posts on here.
Obviously gutted we couldnât get the win, but the battle has been won. We are a top top club, competing against clubs that would often finish us off easily if we were missing key players or had a player sent off. The recent games weâve had have been tough and we are not an easy team to beat anymore.
This team has resilience and elite mentality - all down to Arteta creating such environment. Defensively this team is incredible.
One thing to highlight is, when will there be an audit set up to ascertain if referees freelancing in KSA and then being involved in City games is a conflict of interest? Canât believe this is happening in 2024 lol.
The big narrative coming out of yesterdayâs match is how much weâre now in their heads. They were rattled, they bitched about us on social media, they lost their minds in the heat of the battle.
Weâve arrived everybody.
Agree completely. Arteta will be on that straight away Iâm sure. He will make sure the team realizes that this reaction from City shows City are worried about us and are rattled. Our response from here should be dismissive of Cityâs comments and fully focused on the next match. Weâre on a mission and City are just another 3 points we are trying to take like every other team.
