First thing I thought when reading the lineup.

Thing with Mustafi is that he decides to perform an action 3 seconds from now, like a fucking tackle at some point in space, and then nothing that happens during the next 3 seconds will change that a fucking tackle is coming at that fucking point in space. Like where the ball is then. Or the legs of someone. Or my feelings.

The love in for Van Dijk is at peak levels. No doubt he’s a class player who has improved Liverpool’s defence significantly, but you would’ve thought he created the art if defending.
