Without much information, this feels believable. Neymar was quoted as saying he wants to play with Messi again. 2+2 equalsā¦
If thatās the case wouldnāt it mean Neymar is out of Paris ? Wasnāt Messi one of the big reasons he left Catalonia ?
At this point of his career, I think happiness is most important.
He has won everything that he could, except WC. Money is not an issue for himā¦ soā¦
If he does join City, sure Pep will give him a free role and Lionel will get his happiness and respect.

The only reason he went to PSG is the hefty paycheck he got, but heās one of the few players, Messi would actually want to play with.
I think part of it was to try and prove himself as an individual and try too become world player of the year.
Itās a very prestigious honour for a Brazilian and to have taken it off an Argentine would have been sweet.
Injuries and a never quite good enough side has proved maybe a wrong decision. I do sort of admire his decision in trying though.

He couldāve won them that final. Through 1 on 1. No ice.
Yeah he scores that goal and his legacy is confirmed. World Cup winner and his is the only name on the scoresheet in the victory.
Add that to the 3 Copa America finals heās lost, and it just takes some of the shine away from his incredible career and achievements.
