Lacazette vs Auba coming up
Actually got postponed, Lyon manager got stoned
Marseille always seem to find themselves involved in fan unrest. During Saliba’s loan, games were regularly called off because fans would overstep the line

Nice are having an incredible season. 14 matches played, only 14 goals scored but an astounding 5 conceded.
They recently had a streak of 8 straight clean sheets snapped.
In only 3 of their 14 matches has either side scored more than one goal.
I know what I’d rather watch

Fuck Taylor Swift off. Football is more important.
According to an ongoing legal investigation, the football club wanted to lobby for Lionel Messi to obtain the trophy. Pascal Ferré benefited from various largesse between 2020 and 2021, at the time when he was editor-in-chief of the magazine and responsible for organizing the Ballon d’or.

Even worse now ffs
Farmer’s Ligue
They’ll be back next year as Bordeaux Afc 2025
At one point in time they had a really strong and balanced squad.
Verratti was injured for half the season otherwise he’d be in that lineup. They also had Pastore, Marquinhos, Lucas and Sirigu on the bench.
Blanc’s PSG was certainly the best. They never pushed on.
Yeah gotta dog emery a bit for that, the squad was largely the same quality the next season albeit with a bit of change at the back. Then finishing second in the league and performing the biggest CL choke job in history in the Rof16 was truly terrible.
Neymar in at LW, Cavani central and Verratti in for rabiot and that team bangs. Full backs aren’t special but they do a job, both attacking.
Cavani was unreal in that period, people always clowned him like they do Nunez but big edi backed it up with a lot of fuckin goals.
This.
Plus, wasn’t Veratti in the team at the time already?
I loved the dynamics in that team, how the used Matuidi to turn into a LW with Cavani going inside, Ibra having a lot of freedom… They looked brilliant at times, much better than that team that reached the CL final actually.
That midfield od Motta, Veratti and Matuidi had perfect balance and was able to dominate anyone. Was a huge fan of Motta in his PSG years (obviously great at Inter too).
I think they looked good under Emery too at times… They annihilated Barca in that first KO leg years ago and just relaxed too much in the second one making Barca look better than they actually were.
Why did blanc leave again? I thought he was a good manager, surprised he’s not done much since.
Was linked to united a lot and could’ve been a decent fit for them at one point.
