We won’t have him making an impact from the bench for long if we demotivate him by being biased.
On the other hand I understand Arteta as well, he is a fantastic sub player. And game she starts sometimes do feel underwhelming.
Perhaps Martinelli’s pace tires defenders and then Trossard comes on and with his agility finds spaces and goals.

Nah, that wasn’t the case literally last season where he was a productive starter.
The supersub stuff is silly. Martinelli just isn’t impacting the matches or troubling defenders to an elite level right now

yeah in the other thread I posted the screenshot of the run of games where he started and scored 4 goals.
He is as effective from the start.
In that case Lego head should apply meritocracy and not play his favourites
