I’ve always liked Raphinha. Was supportive of us signing him when he was at Leeds. I was more sceptical as to where he would fit into our system and ability to play on both wings, but seems to have done that tonight looking at the lineups? Cracking result for Barca!

Incredible how easily he exposed all the weaknesses of the Madrid defence, with a simple, direct approach, withouth the battle for possession superiority. Made them look like amateurs really. Can’t actually believe how bad and streched Madrid’s defence was on almost all the goals.

Nico seriously fumbled the bag in the summer.
He was the hottest name in the market, everyone and their mother was after him, he could’ve been balling with Yamal at Barca now but he opted to stay.
Very unremarkable campaign from him so far.
Will be interesting to see if Barca revisit the prospect of signing him next summer.
I doubt Barca will be so hot after him considering Raphina’s form this season. Nico could only be a squad player as things stand atm.
