Kieran Tierney

Not a dive. Clear contact. Tierney is a legend.

Bet you’re not a stranger to the law, eh

Exactly this.

Literally all of the pundits are saying it’s a penalty, no idea why we’re having to defend a character assassination of one of our most stand-up (:cristo:) players in the team

They’re actually not. Neville called it a dive on rewatch.

And it’s not a character assassination. Like I said earlier, he may get a reputation for it if he does it again (which, for the record, I don’t think he will)

But it’s nonsense you are posting lol if even you don’t believe it why are you posting it :joy:

It’s not nonsense posting. It’s a dive.

I thought you had no further questions?

There is a little contact, so he falls easy, but so does 99% of all footballers in that situation. VAR said it was a penalty (VAR referee of the day was Paul Tierney btw :joy:)
It’s rather simple. I was happy with the decision, but would have been angry if it was the other team awarded a penalty.

Have to say think Neville is a good pundit but a bit rubbish on commentary.

His weird orgasm during that Torres UCL goal ten years ago will always be his defining moment as a commentator

That was absolutely magnificent… all his own work. Glorious sight in the midlands snow!

The disguise, the dribble, the other dribble, the shot with the right foot, what a fucking goal!

I sit back and laugh at this thread lol remember when he was “shite injury prone and a waste of money” :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Or even before we signed him it was he’s a pub league player lol.

Thank goodness we didn’t have to loan him back to Celtic for a ‘transitional period’

Forget the goal which was exceptional, I wouldn’t swap him for any LB in the league.

Look at the players reaction. Thats genuine and tells you of his standing in the team. They buy into this lad and his drive will improve everyone.

Celtic hadn’t lost the Scottish title since 2011. They sell Tierney to us and then Rangers win it. Coincidence? I think not :no_entry_sign:
