Of course Gyok will be #1 for now because both Jesus and Kai need to be managed fitness wise. When Kai is up and running he’ll be the starter as he’s the one who’s proven he suits the team.
Well, if that’s the case he benched his son who had a full preseason for Gyok in the opener against Man Utd.
Think Gyokeres will be our first choice for the foreseeable future.
I’d like to be proven wrong though because I do think at this point it’d be best for him and us to play as a sub.
No doubt Kai will play when he is fit, he is the teacher’s pet. The question is will he play as a lone striker or in a different role together with Gyok. Knowing Arteta he might opt for the latter, part of the reason he loves Kai is he can be used in multiple positions
