Kai Havertz (29)

That goal was bloody brilliant! The lack of celebration was even better. He’s becoming a killer.

He’s not injured

What makes you think that?
He’s a bit of iron man, I don’t think he would be out without something genuinely bothering him.

Hopefully it’s not serious.

Btw, there’s an update, it’s actually a knee problem, not an ankle problem.

Because since Ode’s injury, suddenly our players can’t make internationals.

I am calm.

I’m also not worried, this suggests to me that there’s a bit of a problem and they’d rather he stays at London Colney and does some work with the physio.

He may not start our next game as a precaution but Merino looks ready to start. Good squad depth means we’re taking fewer chances with slight injuries and in a better place to rotate a bit more now.

Surely it’s someting as minor as possible…
Surely?!

If City are keeping their important players fit by not sending them for stupid friendlies, so should we. Good move.

It is knee, not ankle??

It’s as minor as Arteta doing one over the German federation.

And don’t call me Shirley.

I have a theory that clubs are allowed to negotiate with National teams and declare these absences as injuries.

One North London 60m plus striker is breaking records and scoring bangers to get his team back into the game. Other North London, 60m plus strikers are failing to post a shot on target as their team throws away a two goal lead.

Crazy

This is way more instructive than the same number of goals as Jesus fact we got last week.

Hopefully they can negotiate a little rest for Saka under the guise of an injury… :tomi:

Are :hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed: involved in those negotiations? :gabriel:
