probably only Gyokroes… but lots of team are looking for his service… and will be expensive.
I cannot think of another top striker that could fit our system well.
I think Ollie Watkins would be great here.

I think we will get one next summer, just don’t know whom.
I don’t think Villa will be able to keep both Duran and Watkins next summer.
Unless Emery starts using them together more.

Our squad isnt exactly old and if we signed the right 28/9 year old striker they could easily be a productive member of the squad for three or four years, and that’s alright with me. Not every player in the squad needs to be signed with an eye on them being a key part for 5 years plus.
More about getting the right profile and quality in than age for me.

Cracking finish for the goal and it was hugely important that we scored so quickly after going behind. Competed right until the last minute and made himself dangerous at set pieces.

Wasn’t particularly good for about an hour of the game but that goal(and what a fucking goal) changed the game. He was sensational after it.
20 goals a season is likely.
