I honestly didn’t have it in him but he was excellent when he came on.
Wonder if Arteta missed a trick not using him instead of Xhaka, who was just a ghost in the pitch.

We probably should have used him more than we actually have. Never his biggest fan but it’s very odd that Arteta spoke so glowingly about the guy and then suddenly didn’t trust him.

Should’ve started instead of Vieira in the Southampton game. Partey was left a bit too isolated. Sounds like hindsight, but starting both Ode and Vieira, who are both more attacking in nature left us a bit exposed in the middle.
