Seems quite accelerated this move.
Not massively convinced it’s a big move for him.
Head coach of Arsenal u18 vs first team coach at Norwich who may or may not come up again.
I guess he sees it as a better stepping stone to being a manager but still, think he had a path here with a bit more patience.
