Maybe juries should stay

Good to know I am free to sledgehammer a police officer so long as I’m wearing a keffiyeh

I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes to retrial.

That video is inexcusable lol

Which video? The one embedded in the article shows a security guard wielding a sledgehammer

Yeah sorry the other video where they injure the policemen in the back with the sledgehammer - like how can a jury find them not guilty.

*checks BBC website

It’s just bunch of girls swinging about so I bet it felt like a hard pillow hit but you would wonder if it is now allowed to attack policemen and get away with it if you are not being charged for the original suspected crime

A girl swinging a sledgehammer can still injure you lol

yeah but not based on display of strength in that video.
Should be still treated as a threat

Intent to injure. Surely that figures into it?

wow

Never in a million years did I think that would happen.

On his birthday as well. Searching multiple properties.

Bet he’s sweating now.

You can get life if found guilty of misconduct in public office.

Charles must surely have signed off on that.

Who would have thought such a craven institution had it in them.

I reckon it was only the Queen who would have prevented something like this from happening. Charles probably doesn’t feel that he needs to protect Andrew the way she would have

We don’t know for sure, but I suspect that Andrew’s lifestyle was known to all of them. So in a way they were all protecting him.

I wonder if we’re going to find out how deep this rabbit hole goes.

Shut the fuck up, Sir Keir “Director of Public Prosecutions Whilst Andrew Held the Office in Question” Starmer.

Invertebrate slug probably already weighing up how to U-turn on this if there’s the slightest difficulty.

He probably needs to get back to working out how many other mates of Epstein’s he’s hired.

What evidence was there to prosecute him?

It’s only the Epstein revelations that have provided evidence of criminality.

Nobody above the law…….unless you’re an Israeli prime minister.

If this evidence had come to the authorities non publicly, there’s no chance this would have happened. It’s barely believable it’s happened now.

Britain is fundamentally characterised by cowardice and exploitation of the vulnerable in it’s authorities, institutions and public. If there was a chance to sweep this under the rug, it would have been taken.

What was known and when is certainly something that will always be obscured.
