We donât know for sure, but I suspect that Andrewâs lifestyle was known to all of them. So in a way they were all protecting him.

If this evidence had come to the authorities non publicly, thereâs no chance this would have happened. Itâs barely believable itâs happened now.
Britain is fundamentally characterised by cowardice and exploitation of the vulnerable in itâs authorities, institutions and public. If there was a chance to sweep this under the rug, it would have been taken.
What was known and when is certainly something that will always be obscured.
